GENERAL INFORMATION:

Although the season runs from March to October, regular off season runs are also held. (refer calendar for details)

Courses range from flat roads to hills, tracks and cross country. Courses vary in difficulty from short and easy, to a couple which are long and arduous.

Courses are subject to change – see race map and listen to race briefs.

Distances are approximate only (except running festival and time trials).

Short courses are designed for beginner adult runners. They are timed but do not score points.

All members are required to assist with timing, tagging and recording duties on a roster basis.

Regular training runs (long runs, hills, track) are held weekly throughout the year. See details in the club newsletter or at the web site.
