Beginners Running Clinic

Time/date: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, 17 February 2018
This is the last week for the beginners running clinic.
If you missed week 1 or 2 then you can still attend week 3.
IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OR LOOK ATHLETIC.
Wear comfortable clothing for the activity plus running or jogging shoes and a cap or hat.
Water is provided before and after the sessions. Tea, coffee and bickies are also included afterwards.
